About

Hello, my name is Ola Oladapo. I'm a Product Manager and founder who builds FinTech and AI-native B2B products. I have been active in the Tech space in London since 2017. I've shipped 15+ products from concept to market, specialising in rapid MVP development and product-market fit.
My focus is FinTech and B2B SaaS, where I combine hands-on execution with product strategy to build products businesses actually use.
I've built AI agent platforms, integrated 20+ third-party APIs, and led cross-functional teams to ship in as little as 4–6 weeks. I believe the best products come from shipping fast, measuring what matters, and iterating based on real user behaviour.
When I'm not building, I mentor founders and product teams, helping them navigate the messy reality of going from 0→1.
What I do well:
- •Turn ambiguous problems into a clear strategy, sharp bets, and a roadmap with measurable outcomes
- •Ship MVPs fast and iterate based on real usage, not opinions
- •Make integrations feel seamless: APIs, data pipelines, and production edge cases
- •Build measurement into the product: funnels, events, A/B tests, and dashboards
- •Lead teams through delivery with clarity, pace, and strong stakeholder alignment
- •Design AI agents that actually work in the real world: workflows, guardrails, and reliability

Principles
How I build products (and why it works)
Ship to learn, not to announce
I treat MVPs as experiments. The goal is to shorten the feedback loop and get to truth fast — in weeks, not quarters.
Integrations are the product
For most B2B software, the "app" is the system of connections. APIs, data flows, and edge cases are core UX — not an afterthought.
Instrumentation comes first
If we can't measure success, we're guessing. Every initiative ships with a clear metric, baseline, and plan for iteration.
One team, one outcome
Engineering, design, data, ops and commercial partners are one product team. Great products come from tight collaboration and shared accountability.
0→1 is about focus
Scaling is hard, but finding the wedge is harder. I prioritise ruthless scope, clear positioning, and a thin slice that proves value early.
AI agents need workflows, not demos
LLMs are a capability. The product is the workflow: permissions, reliability, human-in-the-loop, and measurable outcomes that users trust.

Companies I would Invest in
I'd love to make angel investments in ideas I find genuinely exciting, and to back founders I believe are underdogs. The portfolio below is a snapshot of the companies I would have invested in, in Q1 2026, if I were actively deploying capital.
